How claims are handled

Please provide the order reference, product model, issue description, and supporting photos or videos. We review the case and confirm the next support action.

What is not covered

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, or external force is generally outside standard warranty coverage.

After-sales response

Depending on the case, support may include troubleshooting guidance, replacement parts, product exchange, or another commercially agreed solution.

Commercial note

Final warranty terms can still be adjusted in quotations, contracts, or specific project requirements. These terms serve as the default policy for most inquiries.
